The straw leaks badly when my baby drinks milk while sitting up, leaving milk everywhere. We switched to another brand and had absolutely no leaking issues with the exact same usage. What makes this even more frustrating is the customer service experience. I contacted them immediately after placing my order to cancel it, but instead of processing the cancellation, they kept going back and forth with irrelevant responses. By the time they finally responded, they told me the order had already shipped. After receiving the product and discovering the leaking issue, I contacted them again for help. Their response? They refused a return because the product had been opened and used. But how am I supposed to know the straw leaks without opening the product and actually using it? This is a very disappointing product and an even more disappointing return policy. If a product has to be used in order to discover a defect or usability issue, refusing a return simply because it was opened makes no sense. I would not recommend this product, especially for babies who drink milk while sitting up. Buyer beware.

This straw leaks milk everywhere when my baby drinks while sitting. We have used other brands in the exact same way and never had this issue. I also contacted customer service immediately after placing my order to cancel it, but they kept giving me irrelevant responses instead of simply processing the cancellation, and then told me the order had already shipped. When I contacted them again about the leaking straw, they refused a return because the product had been opened and used. But how exactly am I supposed to know that the straw leaks without opening it and actually using it? Very disappointing product and customer service. Please think twice before buying. The return policy is extremely frustrating as well.
