This straw leaks milk everywhere when my baby drinks while sitting. We have used other brands in the exact same way and never had this issue. I also contacted customer service immediately after placing my order to cancel it, but they kept giving me irrelevant responses instead of simply processing the cancellation, and then told me the order had already shipped. When I contacted them again about the leaking straw, they refused a return because the product had been opened and used. But how exactly am I supposed to know that the straw leaks without opening it and actually using it? Very disappointing product and customer service. Please think twice before buying. The return policy is extremely frustrating as well.
